Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms

StageRight AI ("StageRight", "we", "us") is operated from the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of our website and web application at www.stagerightai.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

StageRight AI is virtual staging software for UK estate agents and property developers. You upload photographs of a property and our software generates virtually staged versions using third-party AI image models processed on our servers. A limited demo on our homepage lets visitors stage one photo without an account; it is rate-limited per IP address and provided for evaluation purposes only.

3. Free photos

New accounts can stage their first 5 photos free of charge; accounts created while starting a subscription receive more (currently 10 on Starter, 15 on Professional and 20 on Enterprise). No payment card is required for the free photos and they do not expire. Once they are used, you will need a subscription or credit top-up to continue staging.

4. Plans, credits and billing

We offer three monthly subscription plans, priced in pounds sterling. No VAT is charged.

• Starter: £29.99 per month, including 100 credits
• Professional: £69.99 per month, including 400 credits
• Enterprise: £649.99 per month, including 5,000 credits

Annual billing carries a discount of 10% on Starter, 15% on Professional and 20% on Enterprise. Additional credits can be purchased as a top-up of 50 credits for £14.99. Current prices are always shown on our pricing page, which prevails if it differs from this list.

Staging one photo at 2K resolution uses 2 credits; downloading a 4K version uses 4 credits. Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and unused plan credits do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire while your subscription remains active. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

5. Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at the address in section 13. This guarantee applies once per customer.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload and the staged images you generate. You grant StageRight a licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to provide the service, including passing it to our AI processing providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photograph you upload. The StageRight software, website and branding remain our property.

7. Acceptable use

The service is provided for property marketing only. You must not:

• upload content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes anyone else's rights;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits;
• share account credentials or resell access to the service.

8. Staging standards and disclosure

Our tools are designed to furnish and decorate. They never add, remove or alter windows, walls, doors or other permanent structural features, and never conceal a property's condition. You must disclose AI-staged images as virtually staged in property listings, consistent with UK consumer protection law on misleading listings.

9. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Service availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages can cause downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your access to the service and any remaining credits ends, and you should download any images you wish to keep.

12. Privacy, changes and governing law

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify account holders of material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
